Group Training Sessions
Classes Will Meet Every Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm. These classes are for ladies only.
These classes will be very diverse. We will do strength training, body sculpting, circuit training, interval training, aerobic activities, pilates, yoga, etc…
We will use fun toys such as …resistance bands, tubing,
mini balls,
stability balls,
dumb bells, etc…
These classes will be fun and exciting, helping you to stay motivated so you can reach your fitness goals!
